We use industry-leading APIs to automatically sync with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Exchange, and basically anything else. You can use ANY email software you want (Front, Superhuman, Apple Mail, etc) and your emails will sync directly into HubSpot on the recipient's contact record.
You don't have to do anything special. No plug-ins, no complicated settings, and no logging into HubSpot to send an email. Just email someone from any account that's synced with SyncMessage, and if it matches a contact in your HubSpot instance, we'll add it to the contact record. That's all there is to it.
